This ramen shop is just behind my hotel. I noticed them on my first day, but I didn't get to eat there due to my schedule. Until tonight, I was craving for thicker ramen after a tiring day at Universal Studios, and I thought of this shop. I went in 10 minutes before they closed, and the staff were very friendly. Even though our communication was not smooth due to language problems, we managed to order in the end. I was very happy to finish my ramen, and every bite of it was exactly what I expected. This is a popular ramen restaurant that features a seafood-based tonkotsu soy sauce flavored soup that does not use chemical seasonings, and homemade noodles made to match it. I finally had a chance to taste it!

I chose the Ajitama Ramen, and the soup was great! It was a perfect blend of flavors. Homemade noodles, char siu (2 types) of ingredients, thin bean sprouts, seasoned boiled eggs, I thought it was a bowl that was particular about all the ingredients.

Since there are only counter seats, I could hear other customers' orders. Many customers ordered "Tsukemen". Next time, I will try...
