We stopped here randomly as we were on our way to a different restaurant, but I am very fortunate and grateful to have had this meal. The flavors were amazing, the food was so fresh. Food: Absolutely the best maze soba I’ve had to date. The noodles were al denté and the meat was packed with flavour. That sauce was the definition of umami. A must try indeed! Good price point too!

Service: Fast service, you have to first order at the machine by the door. The crew are attentive even if we weren’t seated at the bar seating. They even provide an apron and hair tie for messy eaters like me.

Atmosphere: Casual, a good date place and authentic...

It turns out to be Japanese soba! Although it looks and tastes like pasta, the owner is professional in making Japanese food before and pulled his understanding into the soba now. I personally adore pasta and can’t deal with Japanese ramen( as they are salty). I do come back only for the soba in the photo.
