日曜日の１２時前に入店。その日がたまたまだったのかがわからないが、キッチン担当１名、ホール担当１名だけでしたので、色々と待つことがありました。ちょうど１２時頃に２名ほどスタッフが追加されたので、それ以降の入店は待つことは少なくなったと思います。 でも、日曜にしろ平日にしろ１２時少し前というのはそれなりに客が多くなる時間帯のはず。そもそも、ピノキオは朝からモーニングを出しているはずなので、スタッフの配置はもう少し考えたほうがいいのではと思った次第です。 料理は、安いランチであったので可もなく不...
