This restaurant in Japan was one of the worst family dining experiences we've ever had. It was even worse than Denny's in the U.S. We stumbled upon it in the evening while looking for the nearest dining option. The atmosphere inside was quite dim, and it wasn't crowded, so we were seated promptly. However, even before we sat down, the waiter informed us that they would be calling for last orders in 30 minutes. It gave the impression that they didn't want to serve us, but we decided to stay since we didn't want to search for other options anymore. We assured the waiter that we would make our food choices and place our orders as quickly as possible.
Their menu offered a variety of enticing options, but we were put off by the overall attitude and vibe of the staff. The food they served us turned out to be unappetizing. The service was simply unacceptable, prompting us to leave after the meal. I can't speak for other restaurants, but this particular establishment was the worst we've encountered. Restaurant ambience is good and straight forward way of ordering on your phone through your phone and in no time food gets delivered. Has a variety of pizza and pasta options and decent options of vegetarian ones. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits here on a couple of occasions and infact lamented not being able to find something similar in Tokyo near to our place of stay.
