I made a delivery order, but it arrived more than one hour later. I tried calling the restaurant to cancel my order, since it was taking too long, but the person on the phone didn't speak English nor Japanese and hung up the phone on me multiple times. Once they finally understood that I wanted to cancel the order, the order arrived anyway after I already ate something else, and I received no refund. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. We came here for lunch and it was one of the best places we ate at in all of Osaka. We had an enormous amount of food for 1000yen each with curry, naan, lassi and tandoori prawn.
