Ramen Jinsei JET — Restaurant in Osaka

Had the chicken based ramen. It was exceptionally flavourful and thicccc broth. What stood out was the broth and the charsiu - I had presume the charsiu was dry based on the looks of it but I was wrong - it was very thinly sliced (pork belly that is) and almost melts in the mouth . Mad props . I couldn’t finish the broth (which I usually do) as it was just tad too salty for me.

The noodles was thick but had a slight hint of alkaline taste (if you are like me who is quite sensitive to that taste). The egg was flavored and ok. The tsukemen noodles on the other hand was slightly different and doesn’t have any hint of the alkaline taste - that was superb.

My wife and I randomly stumbled upon this place since it was near our Airbnb and decided to try it for dinner. What a greatd decision that was.

The staff was super helpful and nice, helping us pick their most popular dishes. We got a chicken char siu ramen, chicken stew soba, and an order of karaage. This was the most flavorful and rich, chicken-based ramen that we've ever had. We've never tasted anything like this before and we loved it. The karaage was also fried to perfection and was nicely seasoned.

We can't wait until our next trip to Osaka so we can...

麺は中細のストレート麺で好みの麺

トロミのある茶濁色のスープは濃厚な鶏の味わいにやや酸味を感じますが、二口目以降は酸味を感じず旨い

麺がメチャ旨い 中細のコシがありながらもモチっとしたストレートでスープに絡みまくります

スープは飲むというより食べるような感じで、レンゲが止まらずほぼ完飲

【麺】 中細のツルモチ系ストレート 個人的にはもう少し硬めなら更に旨いのではと思うがデフォでも十分に旨い

【トッピング】 柔らかチャーシュー、細切りメンマ、ナルト、三つ葉、ねぎ

個人的に大阪で好きなラーメンベスト3に入るコチラの鶏煮込みそば

やっぱり旨い 三つ葉が最高に良い仕事してます
