I'm unsure if it was because I'm a foreigner, but the service I received from one staff member was extremely poor. I was rudely yelled at, "Stay here," in a harsh tone and manner, despite approaching and clearly stating, "10 people."

I would like to address the female staff member, who appeared to be in her 50s. If she dislikes her job, perhaps it would be best to stay home. The behavior of a single employee can significantly tarnish the reputation of a long-standing company. I have previously received exceptional service at the Wakayama branch, and it is disappointing to see such a stark contrast here. If this branch does not address the issue with this particular employee, they can expect negative consequences.
