We stumbled in here while waiting for another restaurant to open, and I couldn’t be more excited to find this gem. I had an iced americano, and it was extremely smooth and had no heavy sour or bitter notes until a pleasant astringency at the end (my wife did pucker her face).

She had a caramel iced latte that tasted like…well caramel. It was silky, delicious, and (to her preference) not heavy on the coffee.

Also, while we didn’t purchase any beans, you can choose from a variety of raw beans and have them roasted to your preference in just 10-15 minutes. If I had a good way to prepare this coffee I would definitely have picked some up.

Lovely coffee shop!! I was staying opposite at Miyako hotel and went to the Coffee Market Lab every morning. The people are so passionate about coffee and roast the beans themselves. They even have green beans for you to choose and they'll roast it on the spot for you to bring it home! The pour overs are amazing and they have such a cute selection of desserts, all of them are fab.

We ordered two bags and they kindly delivered it to the hotel for us as we would be out all day and unable to rush back in time for their closing. The lovely girl at the counter even put in some cough/throat drops as I was recovering from a flu and she could tell that I've lost my voice. Very lovely place couldn't recommend...
