越南菜館 — Restaurant in Osaka

Our Pho adventure continues even after 4 months of living in Vietnam. Saw this place while riding around our bikes in our neighborhood. Alot of reviews! So we had to try. Smaller place but had 2 floors. The narrow stairway reminds me of Vietnam! A lot of Vietnamese locals inside eating so that was a great sign. The menu was stacked with not just the Pho but also real Vietnamese dishes and delicacies. We just ordered the staples though. The food was tasty, flavorful and generous portions. Authentic and comforting Vietnamese food in the heart of Osaka

We stumbled upon Thy Oi while craving something familiar, and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We had Bún Riêu Cua (vietnamese crab noodle soup) and Xôi Gà (sticky rice with chicken), and both dishes were spot on — full of flavor, clean, and really well-balanced. It reminded us of home cooking — nothing flashy, just honest, well-prepared food.

The atmosphere was relaxed, and the owner was very kind. You can tell they care about quality and keeping things authentic.

If you’re in Osaka and want a real taste of Vietnam, this is a place worth visiting....
