Tosawarayaki Ryujinmaru Tennoji MIO — Restaurant in Osaka

I was in Tenjin area having fun and stumbled upon this place. I decided to give this place a try despite the 3.7 Google ratings (May 24) and I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a fish kamameshi set, a grilled fish set for my wife and some sashimi and fried chicken to start. The fish are fresh and well prepared and the kamameshi is top notch! Everything tasted great and they charged a reasonable price for the quantity and quality of food.

The staff are also attentive and pleasant, so I really have no idea why the rating here is 3.7. When the food and service exceed many establishments in the touristy Namba area. Maybe this place is visited by the locals and they have a higher standard of excellence Vs tourists.

This restaurant is straight out a scam as the food in the menu or the displayed mockup food outside the restaurant is completely different. Its just gimmick and table are so small that we have no space to put our food on the tabl for 4 pax. I would give it a ZERO...
