Umasou na Ramen Ya — Restaurant in Osaka

This may be one of the better ramens Osaka. You might love it if you’re from the West since most ramen restaurants there are garbage. Once you’re there, they’re going to ask you to add them in your Line app. Unless you’ve plan to eat there four times within 3 months , you can politely ignore them. But Once you do that, please pay attention to their face it’s gonna be funny because it is one of Japanese culture you should experience.

From the vending machine, item from the top left is ramen with rice w/ cheese on top( they called it risotto) Go for that if you are super hungry. For most instances, ordering just the ramen should be sufficient because the broth is so rich already. If however you do plan on having rice with melted cheese then be sure to save some broth for the rice, which they wont tell you. They would tell their customers if they are Japanese. If you’re not, then they would just ignore you and leave you alone. Probably because they wanna save their trouble trying to explain things to you, not because you ain’t Japanese. This place just opened. The ramen is absolutely fabulous! The noodles are on point, BUT! The stock is absolutely amazing! A very smooth and creamy texture yet it has a rich chicken and soy sauce flavor. It has also a very earthy/herbal taste. Nothing is overpowering. Perfect harmony of flavors and texture. One spoon is like a little hug.

The line is long and I waited about 45 min. But it was definitely worth the wait. Despite the long line, the servers are so nice, they don’t rush anyone out, they make sure they have your order right and they don’t take shortcuts in preparing the ramen for you.

They really take their time to perfect each plate. And it does show.

お久し振りの訪麺で～す！夏限定のラーメンを食べに✨

鶏白湯専門店が出す、鶏白湯じゃないラーメン😁これが良い意味で裏切られた感じで超美味でしたよ♡

鰹、いりこ、昆布からとった出汁に、特製の塩ダレと鶏油を合わせた冷製スープ

麺は、冷水で絞めた中細ストレートで、コシと歯切れ感がたまらない逸品😚

相性の良いスープと麺！啜っていく度にトッピングされた玉ねぎ、しらす、フライドオニオンが溶け込み、味変を楽しみながら最後まで食べ進めることができます♪

チャーシューは３種類(吊るし焼豚、鶏ムネ肉、鴨肉)が乗っていて超豪華😁

添えられたミニトマトやスダチも、この一杯に更に清涼感をプラスしてくれますね😊

今回食べたラーメン 『脳好クリーミーラーメン醤油 〆のリゾットセット』1,200円

ビルの地下にある隠れ家的お店✨

階段を降りたスグの場所にあり、お店の外に設置された食券機でチケットを購入し店内へ！

食券機が外にあると、気持ち的にゆっくりとメニューを選べるから良いですね☺️

店内は思ったより広く、カウンターとテーブル席が用意されています

店名もそうですが、メニュー名も！なかなかに食欲を掻き立ててくれるじゃないですか～😆

鶏ガラをベースに豚骨と牛骨を合わせて、約8時間高火力で煮込んだというスープ

そのスープを醤油ダレで仕上げた一杯🍜

動物系の旨みと深みに、甘味も加わって、見た目通りの濃厚クリーミーな味わいに！

めっちゃこってり～！ってわけじゃく、マイルドでさっぱりとした飲み易い白湯スープは、嫌いな人はいないんじゃないですかっ😚

もちもち食感の中太麺が、このスープを絡みまくって口の中に広がっていきます！

炭火で焼かれた豚と、低温調理されたプリプリ感のある鶏ハムの2種類の肉も乗っかってます😁

見た目、香り、味わい、食感！

まさに脳好❗️脳が喜ぶラーメンですねっ😋

そして最後は、このスープをかけて食べる〆のリゾット

熱々白ご飯の上に、こんがり焼き目を入れたチーズ、そして脳好クリーミーなスープが混ざり合って美味し楽しい逸品✨
