My friend and I went to this restaurant to celebrate her birthday. I made a reservation about a month ago, upon arriving the restaurant we were informed that due to the end of the year there will be a 10% service charge added to our bill. When we sat down waited for a while, no server came to the table to assist. We rang the bell several times but got no response. Finally my friend got up to get their attention, when the server finally came we made the order and then was informed that on top of the 10% charges because it’s the weekend there will be another ¥880 charge. By this time I’m already pretty ticked. The service is really bad right off the bat, the table was dirty, lighting was so dark you couldn’t see what’s on the menu, and then we were told on top of the 10% service charge there will be another extra charges because it’s the weekend! That is just unheard of!
We went ahead and ordered the dishes as individual dishes, then we were advised that since we are not ordering the all-you-can- eat or all -you - can -drink, the charges will be higher . Which totally makes no sense. During the whole meal, the food had too much salt in it, what was more frustrating was The challenge of getting the servers attention.
Later on the front desk server came to the table to inform us that we only have a little time left if we would like to make the last order. when we told her no, we were informed that each person needs to order minimum of two dishes, but we only ordered three. My friend told her when we made the order the server did not inform us that part therefore we are not going to abide to that! We were just two people how much food do they expect us to eat?! We didn’t even finish our third dish because we were stuffed!
Then I was waiting for the part where they are going to bring my friends birthday cake but no one showed up. Then when we were about to leave, the front desk server stopped us and told me that since I requested a birthday service for my friend’s birthday they were about to bring out the dessert, she asked if I still wanted. That was a really bad call of their business. Not fulfilling the customers request and leaving us to wait on them, it is horrible. I am just at a loss of words!
The Overall experience was the worst that I had ever experienced. It was very disappointing consider that the rating is high on Google.
If the service was good, I don’t mind paying the 10% service charge. However, the attitude and the whole service was hellish. Not to mention that we were being overcharged! We ended up paying ¥10,000 for three dishes, half of it was paying for the lousy service! I treated as a donation for the restaurant and make sure that I will never step foot into this place again.

Read moreAs someone who's never gone to one of these sorts of places, I am happy I chose this as my first. The service was impeccable, despite my rather lackluster, that is to say nonexistent, Japanese, seating and ordering were simple, intuitive and above all else fast.
The food itself was..... goodness, how to even begin to describe, from such simple things such as fries to the more elaborate side dishes (Which isn't even this establishment's main selling point) were simply divine. The customer is spoiled with choices from all types and kinds of meats in many a flavour and sauce, and though the timer may seem like an inconvenience I dare say there are few who could not eat their fill in the allotted time, and try most, if not all choices.
The drinks menu, much like the food selection, is divine, the cocktails are wonderfully prepared , served chilled and tasted wonderfully, a great addition to the many meat flavours you'll experience.

Read more昨日、土曜日の夜に行きました。 予約時間を過ぎそうでしたので、連絡したら「大丈夫ですよ」と予約時間をずらして下さいました。 ただ、行ってみると帰る方のレジで混み合っていてなかなか中に入れず…レジ前が人で溢れていたので待っているのも気づいてもらえる状況じゃなかったです。 仕方ないので待っていて、やっと帰る方が落ち着いたときに「予約した○○です」と伝えるも、5分ほどレジの画面を見つめて、???となっていました。やっと見つけたのか案内してもらい席へ。ただ、他の方のレビューにあるように、態度は悪くはありませんでしたが、説明は一切なく「帰りにこのQRコード持ってきてください」と言われただけでした。 ほか店舗に行ったことがあったので、システムは理解してましたが残念に思いました。 あとは、もうどうしようもないのかもしれませんが、電波がとにかく悪い… そして、話すときは少し叫ぶくらいでないといけないほどBGMが大きかったです…
ナムルは、ナニコレ?っていいたくなるほどベチャベチャで味は薄々で、ナムルではありませんでした。 家でつくったほうが断然美味しい。 一番美味しかったのはサーモンですね。笑
サムギョプサルも注文しましたが、個人的な意見ですが、これも半分は脂身でくどすぎて食べれるとこほぼないのでオススメできません。 ただ、“はるな”という店員さんが「お肉ひっくり返しましょうか?」「切りましょうか?」と気にかけて見てくださり、私のしょーもない雑談にも笑顔で付き合って下さいました。 この方は、良きでした!! 他の方のレビューで、頼んでいないものつけられたとありましたが、私の時は帰りのレジで「お間違えないですか?」と聞いてくださいました。 レビューを見て行ったのでしっかりと確認していましたが、その間も忙しいであろうに、嫌な顔せず待っておられました。 もちろん上乗せもありませんでした。
総合的には、可もなく不可もなくといったところでしょうか。 ただ、やはり料理のクオリティーと居心地など色んなことを加味して考えると、値段ガ割に合わない。 料理もドリンクもわりとすぐ提供して下さったので、すぐ満腹になり1時間少しの滞在でしたが、8,000円オーバーはなかなか… サムギョプサルが値段の割合デカい、笑
