Ankake ekisoba 烩炒面 was out of this world. The noodle was well fried with wok hei, and the sauce was sticky and flavourful and not salty at all. Generous ingredients with pork slices, capsicum, prawns, bamboo shoot, carrot, and mushrooms. 870 yen per serving was value for money. WOW. 5 stars

We were seated immediately on Monday 6pm. Serving within 10 minutes upon ordering.

中華食堂 桂苑 Established in 1964. Best Ankake Yakisoba & Age soba & Ramen in Otaru. Restaurant was closed during the State of Emergency. So Happy it reopen on the 1st October. Worth the wait!

Visited Keien on the 1st day of reopening it's Newly Renovated Chinese Restaurant. Very happy Onwers & repeating...

Sehr Touristen unfreundlich! Wir kamen zur Mittagszeit und fragten beim Betreten des Restaurants höflich, ob es einen Tisch für 2 Personen gäbe. Keiner antwortete uns richtig und wir standen kurz rum, bis plötzlich ein älterer Mann angestürmt kam und uns auf eine sehr unfreundliche, aggressive Art anschrie, wir sollten in der Schlange warten. Es gab keine Schlange vor der Tür, wir waren die einzigen die hinein wollten und wir konnten sehen, dass mindestens 2 Tische komplett frei waren, wir also definitiv einen Platz hätten haben können. Der aggressive Mann wartete unsere Reaktion jedoch gar nicht ab und packte mich grob und ausgesprochen unangemessen am Arm, schubste mich rückwärts aus dem Lokal. Eine derartige Unverschämtheit ist mir noch nie passiert, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, vermeidet...
