While the ambiance of the restaurant exuded a decent Japanese atmosphere, our dining experience was marred by several disappointments. Despite the promising start, with dishes that were reasonably satisfying, we encountered significant delays in service. It took an excessive 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and lacked even a simple offer of water.

Ordering the Yotei Course, we anticipated a well-paced culinary journey, yet the timing of each dish was lethargic, stretching our meal to an unexpectedly lengthy 2.5 hours. To compound matters, one of our dessert offerings was ruined by an inexcusable DUST on the plate.

Our attempts to address this with both our server and the manager were met with halfhearted apologies, lacking in sincerity or proactive resolution. While we did not seek compensation, the dismissive handling of our concerns left a sour taste, overshadowing an otherwise potentially enjoyable...

We came here for a family dinner. Reserved Teppanyaki so my spouse and I had to have the set Teppanyaki course meals, which are pricey but also delicious and worth the price (wagyu, botan ebi, sashimi, and lots of other great food). We also added on 2 of their recommended specials (monk fish liver and tempura fish). It was all delicious and we were fully stuffed. Our 3 children were allowed to order other course sets (they chose the kids' set and the Hokkaido sashimi set and enjoyed it). This was our nicest meal of our...

Located just upstairs of the main lobby in the Westin. A short walk up the Grand stairs takes you directly into the restaurant. Be prepared for an Authentic Japanese Kaiseki style meal. There's a Very Extensive Menu with numerous selections in addition to their daily specials. The available selections are literally pages long on their menu. The Food is very fresh and the presentation outstanding. A pretty as well as delicious meal. The Wait staff is very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend...
