Ordering the Yotei Course, we anticipated a well-paced culinary journey, yet the timing of each dish was lethargic, stretching our meal to an unexpectedly lengthy 2.5 hours. To compound matters, one of our dessert offerings was ruined by an inexcusable DUST on the plate.
