コッテリドロドロの豚骨スープ 白ネギが大量 麺は中細の低加水系の縮れ麺でなかなか珍しいタイプですが、めちゃくちゃ旨いです

途中ニンニク醤油を入れてガツンと美味しく頂きました

家族で夜ご飯に来店しました。 風来軒さんはびっくり替え玉というチャーシュー・ネギ・メンマ・麺と具材付き替え玉が出来るのが有名な店舗です。 また大阪市浪速区や京都府木津川市にある豚骨ラーメンで有名な無鉄砲という店舗で修行されていたというエピソードも有名だそうです。 店員のお兄さんも店長さんも凄く丁寧な方でした。 ラーメンを頼む際に、麺の硬さ・ネギの量・スープの好みを聞かれるのですが、子供達にも優しく丁寧に確認して下さり、とても気持ちが良かったです。 ラーメンも濃厚でとても美味しく、子供達も美味しそうに食べてました😊 お持ち帰り用のチャーシューもとても美味しそうだったので、買いました😊 食べ終わってから子供達がご馳走様でしたと店員のお兄さんと店長さんに挨拶したら、にこやかにお返事していたのがとても良かったです。 また家族で行きたいなと思います😊 #とんこつラーメン #とんこつラーメン味玉付 #とんこつしょうゆＷスープラーメン #たっぷりチャーハン #替え玉 #びっくり替え玉

There is also a famous story about him training at a restaurant called Mutetsupo, which is famous for its tonkotsu ramen, located in Naniwa Ward, Osaka City, and Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture. Both the store clerk's brother and the store manager were very polite. When ordering ramen, you are asked about the hardness of the noodles, amount of green onions, and soup preference, and they were kind and thorough to the kids, which made us feel very comfortable. The ramen was rich and delicious, and the kids seemed to enjoy it as well.
