KINSHO Oshouji Store -supermarket- — Local services in Sakai

I have never been treated so rudely by a supermarket staff member in Japan as I was in this supermarket! I'm certain I wouldn't have been treated so badly if I had been a Japanese customer! A certain male member of staff effectively punished me for accidentally picking up the wrong product by simply reimbursing me and making me abandon the rest of my shopping to go back around the supermarket to get the product I wanted and then queue all over again to buy it back with the money he just gave me! He should have taken 30 seconds to get it for me and not making me queue again! To add insult to injury he deliberately kept me waiting to respond to my request despite the protests of the customer he started serving AFTER I tried to get his attention! A customer who clearly thought it proper for him to deal with me first! Then when I forgot to sign the reimbursement form he raised his voice at me! What kind of customer service is that? Does he treat Japanese customers like that? If so how does he keep his job? It's not the inconvenience and incompetence that angers me, but the fact that this silly little man CLEARLY DOES NOT LIKE FOREIGNERS! Why should I ever again shop at a supermarket that allows their staff to treat foreign customers so appallingly? If you are a foreigner in Sakai you should avoid this branch and spend your money on this company's foreigner friendly...
