The ramen is great, we went in summer so we got cold ramen that you can see in the picture. The one without sauce, named hiyashi chuuka, has vinegar taste and reminds me of korean noodles. Additionally, the meat is flame burnt and it’s really delicious. The one with the sauce is a milk miso ramen, a little bit spicy, I really love how the milk combined with the rest of the ingredients. Service is also nice and funny, the owner tried to speak to me in english instead of speaking just to my girlfriend in japanese. Maybe the only negative point is that smoking is allowed inside the restaurant, but we were lucky enough and both times we went nobody smoke.

My 2 years old LOVE the rice, especially the fried conger eel sweet sauce. We ordered Dandan Udon (cold) to try as well, not as spicy as expect. You have to buy ticket for each order (prepaid) just match up the number on the menu, with the button on the machine, EASY!

An unexpected + tasteful experience we had at this hidden warm Ramen secret place in Central Sapporo. We like all 4 different Ramens we ordered whilst the vege Ramen was Sooooooo yummy 😋 and out of 5 star rating. Thank you chief owners and we will definitely visit your place next...
