We stoped here at around 7pm to have a quick bite as the ratings looked good. When we entered, the friendly staff greeted us with a very warm welcoming smile. He showed us were to sit and then we ordered. Me and my sister decided to order the tonkotsu ramen as we thought that it would be very nice. My father and mother ordered the special ramen. The ramen came with fantastic plating and it also smelled great too. I took the very first bite of my ramen. I am going to be honest to you. The ramen we great! I almost finished the whole bowl of ramen as i had to share it with my sister. It was so good that my father even ordered another bowl of ramen for us. We finished every thing. But at the end, my mother said that the ramen was a bit salty. I took a while to agree with her. In the end, i thought i was also a bit salty too. So whoever who sees this, please be sure to think wisely before you enter this shop. Summary: so far the ramen was good, the noodle texture was good, the pork was soft, but the soup was a little salty. (For the tonkotsu ramen and maybe for the other ramen too)the staff were very friendly to us. (And if you give them a review, you can have a free add on noodles(just in case you are hungry).thank you for reading my review! Hope you have...
Read moreI decided to try this ramen shop after seeing its high ratings on Google Maps. The gyoza was fine, and the Special Tonkotsu Ramen definitely lived up to the hype! The noodles and pork were incredibly tender, and the flavor was just right – perfectly balanced. I especially appreciated the temperature of the broth, unlike some other places where it can be scalding hot, it was served at a very comfortable temperature here. What also stood out to me was how straightforward and tourist-friendly the whole experience was. In contrast to other ramen shops with complicated ordering processes and numerous options, this place made it so easy: choose your seat, order from the menu (which has English translations), enjoy your delicious ramen, and then pay. The fact that they accept PayPay was a huge convenience as well. The only slight disappointment was that the daily specials seemed to be listed on a separate board that wasn't translated into English. I'm already looking forward to coming back to Sapporo so I can have the ramen again and also try the fried rice from their...
Read moreErrr I don’t know how the place got such a high rating but I don’t think it worths a score of 4.8. The soup was quite salty and the pork also didn’t taste fresh but simply, salty. I had ramen so many times in my life and I honestly don’t think this is the best in town. Also, the restaurant requires you to order one ramen per guest which is a bit unreasonable. What if people are not that hungry or they just happen to have a small appetite? The staff also didn’t seem welcoming to us when he realized we are tourists. He only gave us water after we’ve seated for a bit. Given that there are so many ramen options in Sapporo, I’d probably recommend tourists to find another...
