SURUGA-YA Sapporo Norbesa Store — Local services in Sapporo

There's a TCG store on an upper level where I bought around 151 cards. Overall, it was a good experience, but unfortunately, the person in charge of the sale provided poor customer service. The person, identified as 00000032, rolled his eyes at me when I was inspecting the cards for their condition and even spoke negatively about me to other colleagues (assuming I couldn't understand Japanese). While I was examining the cards, he also picked his nose and then touched the cards, which was quite unhygienic.

Later, when I asked for assistance in finding another card after making my purchase, he once again rolled his eyes and forcefully handed me the card from the cabinet. It was definitely not the level of customer service I expected,...
