Floor-to-ceiling windows stretch across the space, letting light pour in. Dried flowers and warm interiors blend gently into your line of sight. And yet… this place is inside a public facility. Suddenly, your sense of place wobbles a bit—not in a bad way, just a quiet “Wait, what?” It doesn’t quite feel connected to the library next door, and that slight dissonance stays with you as you’re guided to your seat. Not stiff or formal at all though—it’s got the friendly vibe of a cozy bistro in the middle of town. The menu is clearly crafted with care, and choosing becomes part of the fun. There’s something magical about a meal made by someone who’s genuinely enjoying the process. You can feel it—directly. It hits you. We let ourselves sink into that energy. The dessert? Honestly, Michelin-worthy. Better than most dedicated dessert shops. And to finish: a cup of coffee from their own roastery downstairs. Like, what even is this place? …Can the downstairs café please serve this dessert too? Seriously. I'd be a regular. It’s a place where you come to receive the blessings of life through...
Read moreThe food is delicious, and has some very unique and seasonal product 🤩 I was disappointed by the service however. Indeed, when I arrived I asked someone off the restaurant had any "ふきのとう, the employee said no, but when I read the menu it was here. But my main problem was that I was served the wrong main dish, and I felt pressure from the server to keep my dish. Fortunately I didn't give in and my plate was changed. I was able to eat an excellent "coq au vin" with some ふきのとう in tempura, which was the main reason of my visit (as well as other delicious dish, I recommend the raspberry desert for example which was divine), so I was still happy and I will still recommend the restaurant even though the bad service left a bad aftertaste to...
