EL tope — Restaurant in Sapporo

I truly love the foods here! It's my first time at EL Tops, and there's not so many people in the restaurant when I first entered. It gave me a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but also has some fun in the air. Love the music, and how time flies slowly there. I won't recommend for someone who will be here for a quick bite since the foods take quite long time to be prepared. Anyway I didn't get bored or anything at all because of the friendly staffs. I really felt like they're there to make everyone 's meal becomes special. They know well about the foods, and most of it were nice. We barely opened the door when the waitress shuffled over to us with her arms crossed in the “No” position and asked if we could speak Japanese. I told her only a little, to which she said “sorry” and closed the door in our faces. The restaurant was empty. This felt much more like a bias thing rather than a communication problem.
