Hatchome no fukuro — Restaurant in Sapporo

The visit was disappointing from start to finish. The owner looked unfriendly and completely uninterested in helping. There was no one attending to the people waiting outside, and instead of any guidance from staff, I had to rely on kind fellow guests to show me how to order. The restaurant’s attitude was careless and dismissive, showing no effort in making customers feel welcome.

When the food finally arrived, the ramen itself was just as bad — overly salty and unpleasant to eat. With such poor service and mediocre quality, this place fails both in hospitality and in food.
