We booked to stay in a Double Room for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.||We had taken the Hokkaido Liner bus from Niseko, and the nearest stop to this hotel is the Prince Sapporo Hotel, which is about only 450m walk away. Despite having many heavy luggage with us, we did not find that to be a problem.||This hotel seems to be very popular with tourist group. When we arrived for check-in, there was a big group before us who had “cleaned up” the free toiletries, tea and other freebies laid out by the hotel for guests at the lobby. The front desk staff was very apologetic for the delay we had to wait, and we were given our room very promptly. ||The room is not very spacious, but this is not unusual for Japanese standard. However, it has all the modern amenities that are expected of a hotel of the price we have paid for in a city like Sapporo. There is a bathhouse at the hotel, but we did not have time to use it, so I am unable to comment on that. One of the best thing I love about this hotel was its breakfast. It was one of the best we have had during our trip to Japan this time!||The location of the hotel is quite ok – it is convenient for us to explore the busy city by walking. We walked all over the city and visited all the highlights of the Susukino Ice World and the Snow Festival displays at Odori Park. ||The staff were helpful when we asked for assistance regarding transportation. We needed to go to the airport very early in the morning upon checking out, and as taxis were very expensive, we walked about 1km from the hotel to the nearest bus stop in Susukino (near Nikka and opposite Mercure Sapporo) to catch the bus that goes to the airport.| |Overall, we are very happy with our stay at this hotel for the...
