There was a line to get reserved tickets and the touchscreen was unresponsive. The line for popcorn was so long it was out the door and we couldn't get any despite arriving more than 30 minutes early. There were no menus so we didn't even have a clear idea of what snacks were available. The enormous lines were managed by one shouting employee. They were clearly understaffed. I also had to wait a while for the one staffmember taking tickets upstairs to yell announcements for other movies before taking my ticket. It's quite organised how things are done in this cinema. You can either book online or on premises. Whichever you choose, it's convenient and you can avoid delay. I went with online which I found even more convenient as they offer various payment methods. If coming here, you should expect a couple of things.

1. be seated near the back end of the theater...as the screen is quite close up.

2. the snacks here are not fresh. We ordered the popcorn which were stale, and potato wedges, which were cold and limp (some almost undercooked).
