McDonald's Sapporo Minaminijo Branch — Restaurant in Sapporo

We visited McDonald’s Sapporo Minaminijo Branch during my trip to Japan to get a quick bite, and it turned out to be a really nice experience. This branch is right in the heart of Sapporo city, surrounded by shops, hotels, and busy streets filled with people going about their day. The location is so convenient that you can easily drop by whether you’re sightseeing, shopping, or just looking for a quick and familiar meal. When we arrived, the place looked clean, bright, and welcoming. Even though the space inside wasn’t that big, it felt organized and very well managed. There was a calm atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy our meal, even with the steady flow of customers coming and going. I’ve noticed that McDonald’s in Japan has a certain charm everything is done with care and precision, and this branch was no exception.

The staff here were extremely polite and attentive. They greeted us kindly and made sure our orders were handled smoothly. Although most of them didn’t speak much English, their friendliness and effort to communicate made the experience comfortable. They used simple gestures and warm smiles, and even though we had a bit of a language barrier, everything went perfectly fine.

One thing that visitors should know is that when you place your order, the staff will call your number in Japanese when it’s ready. So, if you’re not familiar with the language, make sure to keep an eye on the digital screen that shows the order numbers. That helped us a lot to know when to collect our food.

The food itself was excellent. Everything was freshly made and served hot. The fries were perfectly crispy, the burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the drinks were ice cold. Even though this is a fast-food chain, you could really taste the quality and consistency that McDonald’s Japan is known for. Everything came out quickly too, which was impressive given how many people were there during our visit.

I also want to mention how clean the place was. The cleaning staff were always moving around, making sure that every table and corner stayed spotless. Before we sat down, one of them even came by to wipe the table again just to make sure it was perfectly clean. It’s small details like that which really show how much pride they take in their work.

Overall, my experience at McDonald’s Sapporo Minaminijo Branch was wonderful. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was polite and efficient, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. It’s more than just a fast-food stop it’s a comfortable and reliable place to take a break, enjoy a meal, and feel a bit of that signature Japanese hospitality in the middle of...

When I'm abroad, I like having a meal at a franchised fast food outlet simply just to have a meal that is not available back home. Here in Sapporo McD, I tried their pork burger. Not too bad. Perhaps a bit sweet on the sauce but nice.

What fascinate me about McD in Japan is, everyone is very clean. They clear their table when they are done and there is even a special container for you to empty your drinks and ice. Very considerate.

Almost the same with other McDonald's store but it has 3 menus that i haven't found in other McD that i have visited, it has shaka-shaka chicken (big size chicken nugget with seasoning powder that you can shake to mix), it has chocolate hazelnut pie which feels so tasty, and it has shrimp o fillet(fillet o fish with shrimp as subtitute of...
