Namarayoshi — Restaurant in Sapporo

Walked into this place looking for ramen but ended up having a buta-don and oden.

The oden-set was came with 4 standard items but they also have an ala carte menu thst allowed you to cherry-pick the items you preferred.

The pork in the buta-don was grilled to order and had a lovely intense smokiness. It could be a little more tender but I am not complaining.

Service and atmosphere were awesome. Place was clean and setup was modern. Service was prompt and wait staff were attentive.

Prices were also very reasonable and if I recall correctly, they have set lunches that go on until 5pm.

Location is just a stone's throw away from Tokyu just off Sapporo...

Waited for more than one hour for all foods to be served correctly, served us wrong dishes twice, please note that there's no English menu and they don't speak English at all.

Staff's attitude is bad, one of the staff which I think it's their boss, ALWAYS stop me talking when I wanted to tell him something or confirming things with him, even throw the ordering machine in front of me when it's their fault of the wrong ordering. Really not...

最悪でした。 私たちが来店すると、会計を対応している店員さんがいました。 その他私たちに気づく方は誰もいなかったため、会計の対応待ちをしていましたが、遅い。 その店員さんは会計終了後、私たちに対して予約か否か確認してきましたが、お待たせして申し訳ありませんの一言もなし。 席に案内されたあと、私たちは何を飲んで何を食べようか悩んでいたため、注文がだいぶ遅れてしまいました。 そして、レモンサワーと食べ物を同時に注文しました。 注文後にお冷が到着しました。初め、お冷がレモンサワーなのかと錯覚しました。 お冷はそもそも、席に着いた段階ですぐ来るものだと思っていましたが、このお店は違います。 食べ物も値段の割に量が少ないです。 お腹を満たすためには思っている以上にお金を使うことになりますが、そこまでお金を使いたいと思えるクオリティの料理ではなかったです。 おでんのネギ袋とわかめを頼みました。わかめは提供が早めでしたが、ネギ袋がとても遅く、わかめ提供から20〜30分程経ち、忘れているのかと思い、店員さんに確認したら、今作っていますとの回答でした。おでんって事前に仕込んで作ってあるものではないんですね。 ようやく私たちが確認した店員さんからネギ袋が提供されるときには、お待たせしましたの一言もなく、目も合わせることもなく、無愛想にもってこられました。 日本酒飲み比べを注文し、飲み比べたい日本酒を選びました。 もう、日本酒を持ってきても良いだろうと思うタイミングで、選んだ日本酒が品切れだと言われました。(このタイミングでお酒を提供されたとしても遅いと感じます) 準備するスピードが遅すぎます。 お店の雰囲気や、店員さんの態度、料理のクオリティ、料理の提供スピード、全てがっかりです。 せっかくお金を支払って、楽しくお酒と食事を楽しみたい人におすすめできるようなお店ではないと思いま...
