A long-established store of about 50 years. Subway Odori Station Exit 19 is the closest. It is about 177m from Odori Station. The shop is on the 3rd basement floor. Sapporo City Chuo-ku Odori Nishi 2 Central Building 3rd floor There is an entrance next to the clothing store, where you get off the narrow narrow stairs into the store. The shop is decorated with cat goods and is extremely cute. The furniture such as tables, counters and chairs is dark brown and is very chic and calm. The store is open at 10 o'clock, but it will be a considerable procession before the store opens. Is there about 40 seats in the store? It's great to be completely non smoking! If you are alone, you will be guided to the counter seat, but if the counter is full you will be guided to the table seat alone. It is always full at any time from 10 o'clock opening until 18 o'clock closing. There is almost no time available.
Sandwich of this shop sign menu. It is a menu to choose two different ingredients. There may be more than 50 types of combinations, such as plumbers, mince cutlet, shrimp cutlet, ham, vegetables and roast beef! It is very difficult to choose.
The menu consists of several drinks, coffee and so on and the main sandwich only. All sandwiches can be taken out. The bread is so delicious. Not too thin, too thick, sandwich is made of thick bread that can be easily put into the mouth. The bread has a rich aroma and is made to match any ingredients. You can feel the natural sweetness as soon as you chew. The sandwich in this shop has bread ears cut.
The fried sandwiches seemed to be fried in the shop after the order was placed.
Fruit sandwich is cut into size that apple, strawberry, yellow peach, kiwifruit are chewy in sweet and modest fresh cream. It is too small to chew and fresh cream and fruit bite, delicious bread and the best combination! There is no need to bake any food with any ingredients, just a good word! It is not the only restaurant in Japan that can eat fruit sandwiches that are so delicious and rich in variety, which seems to be the origin of Japan. The sandwich here is well worth the trip. I highly recommend it!

This tiny little restaurant with max capacity at probably less than 40 people looks to be a local favorite. The line was up the staircase when I arrived but I can see that this was probably considered a short line from the photos I have seen online.
The tiny sandos are what they are famous for but the number one item is the king crab sandwiches which were sold out by the time we arrived in the early afternoon.
We instead opted for the curry croquet and fruit sandwich and the egg sandwich with fruit. Both the combos came with one sandwich of each cut in half so a total of 4 pieces per combo. The bread was perfectly fluffy to match the top quality ingredients of the curry croquet which was extra crispy and soft and full of flavor inside.
The fruit sandwich was a mix of varieties of different fruits, from apples, tangerines, kiwi, and strawberries. Most likely the fruitfruits in season.
You can make it a combo and add tea or coffee to your meal to help wash down the tasty sandwiches.
Overall it was worth the 30 min wait but if the line is up the staircase and around the corner I would probably come back when the...
Read moreAn extremely Japanese cafe and sandwich experience. The sandwiches are the highlight as this traditional and small basement venue. You choose from an extended menu of unique sandwich options. This includes Japanese experiences like fruit. The sandwiches are served on thick sweet white bread with the crusts remove and take quite a while to be prepared to order. The sandwiches are small, light, sweet and airy. For my palate, they are a bit plain and unsatisfying. I’d probably need 10 plates to actually fill up on them! Note some rules, like 1 item per customer. It’s also very popular here so you may need to wait for a table. We tried the crab sandwich and egg sandwich. It was tasty enough, high quality, and fresh ingredients. Overall it’s a unique experience worth having...
