Great food coupled with great craft beers.

A lot of the dishes are best shared (we shared five dishes between two); in particular, I recommend the squid with cabbage and anchovy oil, octopus carpaccio, Thai chicken and beer fries. The food is excellent quality, and everything tastes fresh.

The beer selection is varied, and there is something to suit all tastes - there's also a pairing menu, so you can pair beer with food. (There's an extensive whisky selection too.)

The bar itself has a casual atmosphere, and there are several big screens up showing sports, if that's your thing.

We had limited time in Sapporo as we were on a Cruise but were hungry and didn't want to wait the 2 hours needed back to the Port to eat on the Ship. We'd walked past Sapporo Kitchen on our way to the Park so went back on our way to the Train Station. We were not disappointed. Nice, welcoming bar in downtown Sapporo. Nice selection of beers for me - if you prefer more craft beers and IPAs or sours, there are other choices.
