今回の経験には非常に失望しました。持ち帰り注文した火鍋の中に緑色のカメムシが入っていました。その色が鍋の中の野菜と似ていたため、最初は気づかず、半分食べた後にようやく発見しました。現在、妻は妊娠中であり、これが健康に影響を与えるのではないかと非常に心配しています。

有名な大企業として、食品の安全性にもっと高い基準を設けるべきですが、今回の対応はブランドへの信頼を大きく損なうものでした。この事件以降、完全に失望しました。適切な対応と補償がない場合、この件をさらに多くの人に知らせて、同じ問題に直面しないようにしたいと考えています。

すき家がこの問題を真剣に受け止め、食品衛生管理を徹底し、今後同様の問題が発生しないようにすることを強く望みます。

I am deeply disappointed with this experience. I found a green stink bug in the hot pot we ordered. Since its color was very similar to the vegetables in the dish, I didn’t notice it at first and only realized it after eating half of the meal. My wife is currently pregnant, and we are extremely concerned about any potential health effects.

As a well-known large corporation, stricter standards for food safety should be expected. However, this response has severely damaged our trust in the brand. After this incident, we are completely let down. If no appropriate action or compensation is provided, we want to share this incident with more people to ensure they don’t face the same issue.

美味しいのになぁ…3回に2回はテーブル汚いのマスト。 近くに住んでいるのでよく利用していますが最近入った女性の店員は、愛想も悪く声をかけて、目が合っても無視、どういう教育をされていますか？以前は無表情で無言で食事を置かれ、申し訳ないですが怖くて『怒ってるんですか？』と言った覚えもあります。最近です。美人なのに勿体ないですね。他の高校生くらいの男性店員もその空気になれたのか？元々か？？カウンターのレジではなく大きい方のレジで無言で立って『こちらでお願いします』も言えない。自分がされたらどういう気になるか聞いてみてほしいです。今日はカウンターで食べましたが、以前大きい方のレジに行ったら、カウンターのレジで伺いますと言われカウンターのレジで待たれてました。決め事があるなら統一してほしいです。...
