I'm trying to find the right words for this place. This is the reason I go to bars in Japan. What Seiji and Emi have done here is breathtaking. They cater the experience regardless of your level of Japanese, don't worry they will meet you halfway. The appetizers where awesome and the drinks where spectacular. First night in Sendai was pure bliss! ✨ Bar Andante, run by the sweetest husband and wife team, was an absolute gem! Their incredible cocktails were out of this world! 仙台旅行1日目の1軒目に訪問。 16時から空いているということで夜ご飯前に軽く飲もうかなと思い、行ってきました。

私は今年、様々なBARへ行っておりますがこちらは圧巻。

こちらの特徴3つ挙げましょう ①落ち着ける美しい隠れ家的空間 ②バーテンダーの素晴らしい技術 ③一見客へも丁寧でホスピタリティ溢れる接客

もうね、全てがパーフェクト。 バーテンダーの水戸さんのお人柄があまりに良すぎて、初めましてなのに心掴まれます。 旅行で来たし今後頻繁には通えない私にも圧巻のホスピタリティで接してくださいました。 これから仙台でBAR巡りをするとお伝えしたら、おすすめのオーセンティックBARやそのオーナーさんのお人柄などをたくさん教えていただき、1軒目がここで良かったなと心底思う。

技術に関しても素晴らしい。 味だけでなく香りやビジュアルも良いカクテルたち。連れはオリジナルカクテルのホワイトキーが過去一美味いカクテルだと大喜びしていました。 ちなみにホワイトキーは"白い鍵"ではなく、"ピアノの白鍵"をイメージして作られたカクテルだそうです。

あぁ、また行きたい。 近くに住んでいないことが悔やまれるほどのお店です。
