The restaurant offers Date beef tongue with an English menu, making it very convenient for visitors. Although the staff's English is limited, they do their best to provide an enjoyable dining experience. There are plenty of options for grilled beef tongue, a specialty of Sendai, and they even offer shark fin soup ramen with a rich, smooth broth that’s not at all fishy. I ordered a set that included both beef tongue and Sendai beef. The beef tongue was chewy yet tender, while the Sendai beef had beautiful marbling, making it truly mouth-watering. The soup shown with the set was delicious salt based as well, and the meat itself chewy yet flavorful.
A little expensive but a good experience overall,...

It’s a little pricier than other plates, but it is very well worth it. The tongue was so tender, soft and juicy at the same time. The other dish was the sharks fin soup with ramen, my toddler daughter loves that dish.
We stayed in Sendai for three nights and we visited this location three times. That’s just how good this place is. The staffs were also very nice....
