We visited this restaurant as a family of nine, and it was a truly wonderful dining experience. Here’s what made it so memorable:

Exceptional Service Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive. They recommended just the right dishes for our group size and took the time to explain each menu item in an engaging and thoughtful way. From start to finish, their warm and detailed service made us feel completely taken care of.

Delicious Food Even though many of the dishes were new to us, the staff's helpful explanations made it easy to enjoy every bite. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to fully appreciate the flavors — and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.

Lovely restaurant at the otherwise uninspiring Tomamu the Tower Resort (see separate review on the resort).

The staff are friendly - excellent English and showed interest to make conversation.

The food: marinated lamb was tasty; lamb chops had a nice balance of fatty and lean meat; venison thigh had just the right amount of gamey texture; and the wagyu - while a little pricey, was a decently-sized portion.

There is nothing special on the food for its price. I am mot sure if the meat it’s the same in other store. The environment is very smoky. Your clothes and hair will end up very smelly. It’s worth a try if you are in Hokkaido the first time, but maybe try other location instead of this store in Tomamu. I didn’t take any pictures. It just not worth the time. In my opinion, it is expensive for the meat quality...
