On the day we went, we were the only group there. The service and food were very fast, so we didn’t have to wait at all. However, I’m not sure if the service would be slower when the restaurant is crowded, since I only saw three staff working. Still, the food was excellent — the Hida beef melted in my mouth, truly unforgettable. I can honestly say I fell in love with Hida beef.

Ordered the 5,500 all-you-can-eat set. They first served the first meat platter before they started your 80 minutes. The staff asked if we would like to swap the chicken in the platter with other meat and we agreed.

My companion and I were able to finish the first platter with 50 mins still remaining. The service was a bit slow maybe because of the amount of customers they have at the time. We have to wait around 3 mins just to order our next set of meat. Good thing is that when your timer ends, they still ask you for your last order.

For dessert, they have ice cream and they also gave us chocolates and candies.

For the meat, we really liked the Hidabeef Deluxe Kalbi and the Hidabeef Deluxe Loin.

We didn't ask but they replaced our grill with a new one which is nice.

They charged us for all-you-can-drink at ¥330 but we only had water. I thought they charged us for the ice cream 😂 so make sure to check your bill before you pay/leave.

There’s 3 courses to choose from with a 80 minute time limit. We chose the most expensive (6000¥) course cuz we figured… YOLO right? Each course will have a large mandatory starter plate and you’d have to finish them all before being able to order individual menus. You can only order 3 menus at a time and you’d have to finish every single piece of meat before you can order more but the service was super-fast so you don’t have to worry about wait time.
