A tiny place were to buy very delicious bread based creations. A Japanese style boulangerie but very nice. Bit far from downtown, right after the supermarket Surugaya Asumo behind the station. A bit pricey compared to the size but worth trying! The staff doesn't speak english but is very kind. you enter and you use tongs and tray to pick up what you want to eat. They should reduce the use of plastic especially for packaging! As a customer too I recommend this nice place in Takayama.
