Cross the Shinmachi River from Tokushima Station, it is a Western food store in front of Higashi Shinmachi Arcade Street. Speaking of western food, hamburger steak! You can choose multiple sources, but none are recommended. Besides that, various western foods such as beshamel sauce omelet rice, curry doria, chicken cutlet curry etc, are are all delicious. We went to the Awa Odori Kaiken and wanted to have a quick lunch before entering. Walked around the area and finally stumbled upon this nice place tucked in a quiet street.

The food is excellent. The chicken excellent. Skin is very crispy. The gratin uses a good mix of vegetables and chicken. The eggplant in the chicken is cooked to perfection.

冷凍食品は一切使わず徳島県産の新鮮な野菜、無農薬レタス、お米、阿波牛、阿波ポーク、阿波尾鶏など、地産地消にこだわってます。 ※鶏は宮崎鶏を使う場合もあります

■注文したメニュー ・MIROおまかせプレートセット → 限定20食やけどギリ間に合った〜。 今回はハンバーグ + 塩唐揚げにたっぷりの新鮮サラダ、ライス、スープ、ドリンクまでついててめっちゃ豪華です！

ハンバーグは阿波牛と阿波ポークの合挽肉です。 ソースは3種類から選べて今回は有機オリーブオイルと有機トマトをたっぷり使ったトマトソースをチョイス。

フォークをいれるだけで肉汁ブシャーってたっぷり出てきてめっちゃ美味しいです。

塩唐揚げは岩塩、にんにく、生姜醤油でしっかり下味をつけて揚げているので衣はサックリで鶏はジューシーでめっちゃ美味しいです！ 特製のタルタルソースつけて食うたらもう優勝です...
