It’s great that the chef can speak simple English and gives us English menu, which is uncommon in the number of restaurants that we visited in Tokushima. The food is so delicious and delicately prepared - fresh and thick slices of sashimi, yummy sushi, freshly prepared miso soup and green tea. By far, this is the best sushi restaurant that we have in our 10 days in Shikoku. And the price is so reasonable, which comes to about 2000-3000 yen per pax. The owner is very friendly and sociable, and tries to have a conversation with us despite our limited Japanese. He treats my husband to free sake and serves us complimentary fruits.
