Our Noodles — Restaurant in Tokushima

Soup ramen does not sit well with me for some reason so I usually go for dipped noodles, つけ麺 and this was a great find. You can ask for extra garlic and I love how during lunch time you get a small bowl of rice for free with your Tsukemen. Broth was flavourful but not too salty, and they offered a lemon(?) juice which I added to temper with the flavour. My recommendation is you must be patient. Be sure to dump a mouthful of noodles into the broth and let it sit a bit to soak down. My only complaint is one of my bamboo shoots was way too chewy. Cutting it into thinner slices would have been great.

Excellent miso ramen with slightly thicker noodles than usual. Oishi! Friendly staff, baskets for winter layers or backpacks and cool Japanese music provided a nice atmosphere. 2回目です^ ^前回まーまー悪くなかったので、暑いし、つけ麺食べたくて✨ 味は相変わらず普通、いえ特別な何かが無いと言うだけで、悪くは無いですよ^ ^ でも今回思ったのは、私は毎回特製つけ麺中、1400円、これは悪くない、でも普通のつけ麺中が1050円？特製と350円違うだけ？高くない？色んなところ行くけど、けっこー有名店でも普通は900円くらいまで、千円超えは高いなーって印象です 2回来て思ったのはやっぱ普通^ ^前よりさらに普通になったよーな気がした！麺だけじゃなくてスープも 私は個性的なつけ麺が好きなので、もー良いかなーって印象です あ！付け足すならメンマが美味かった‹‹(´ω` )/››~♪ 星は4つから→3つにダウン( ；∀；)頑張って下さい
