楽しみにしていたお店なだけに、対応に悲しい気持ちになりました。

ほかのレビュアーさんがおっしゃっている通り、マスターの咳がすごい。咳ってどういうことだろう、と思っていたのですが…。 咳というか、ため息に近い感じで、歓迎されてない雰囲気がムンムンでした。

何度か怪訝そうな表情をされるのもモヤっとしました。自分が聞き取りづらい発声をしてしまっているかもと思いましたが、連れがかなりハッキリ話しても同じ表情だったので、なぜそういう反応をされるのか、とても残念でした。

もし持病等で聞き取りづらいのならば、事前にお伝えしてもらえると嬉しいです。

わたしは招かれざる客だったのかもしれないなと少し落ち込みました。 別のお客さまに対しては笑顔で対応されていて、その差に更に手の先が冷える思いでした。

常連さんなのかと思いきや、わたしたちと同じ初来店の客で注文内容もほとんど同じだったので接遇の差が出た原因はどこにあったのか、知りたいです…。
