I went around lunch time and I was able to get a table without waiting.

I hand sandwich special. It comes with salad and a drink. I loved the egg sando. Omg amazing. If you like family mart's egg sando, it's x1000 better.

I also ordered a purin. They had 4 different flavors, but I decided to go with the most popular one. Girl, you need to try it if you are here already. I loved it. I loved it so much that I bought 4 more to go lol

Pudding caramel, or プリン (purin), is one of the most popular desserts in Japan. This Book Cafe is kind of a specialty spot for purin and other puddings. I tried the coffee jelly and pudding caramel — both were just as expected: delicious and not too sweet (like most Japanese desserts, which I love because they don’t overdo the sugar).

Unfortunately, you can’t dine in unless you order a set with their coffee 😕 So we had to take ours to go.
