Haginaka Park — Attraction in Tokyo

After having our flight delayed by a day we decided to stay in the area near Haneda Airport and looked for an area where our kiddo could run and play around. Found this gem about a 15 min train ride away from Haneda station.

Park is full of structures and amenities including old vehicles repurposed for play and discovery, jungle gyms and swings as well as a traffic area where kids could borrow bikes for free and learn how to ride on simulated traffic signals. Also some grassy hills and fields to run around.

Really nice area with plenty of local children also playing. Picked up some snacks at a nearby Family Mart on the way to enjoy some food as well. Nice neighborhood and well worth the trek out of the airport...

Such a great park!! The traffic park with free-to-use bikes, pedal go karts, and tricycles open at 9am, along with the portion of the park with the old vehicles and trains. There is just SO MUCH to do. Swings, slides, walking paths, exercise equipment, climbing structures. Great park in the area where you can have good time with your kids. The play ground has different things including firefighter car, train car, a bout.
