This restaurant was a little dissapointing. The food looked great on the tablet you ordered from, which was very convenient, but what you got did not always look like the picture on the tablet. I ordered the Fried chicken, which was very good. I substituted the miso soup with the pork soup because I wanted to avoid the tofu and the fishy taste, but my soup came with both of those anyways. My boyfriend ordered one of the steak dishes, and the picture of it showed a plate full of food including steak, potatoes cakes, and corn/limabeans as a side. His plate come out looking very disappointing. The portion were so small a child could have eaten it. The vegetables were mainly a couple tablespoons worth. The steak was only 5 small and thin slices, as if it was a serving of wagyu or something scarce. The picture really doesn't show how small it was compared to my plate. He then ordered a plate of hamburger steak with a pork cutlet as a side. The portion sizes were much better, but the food did not taste very good. I ordered some cheese sauce with my chicken that was too thick to really dip or pour. I will say that I really enjoyed my fried chicken, and the drink bar is nice with alot of options, but overall our experience was not what...

I had sworn off Gusto, but caved since a friend really wanted me to give them another chance. The food is on par with a certain "italian family restaurant" chain but with inflated prices.

¥1000 for a mid omurice is borderline criminal. The ¥700 doriya was gross, unedible. The fries are fine, nothing special. The margherita pizza was nice. The corn pizza was greasy and lacked corn.

Not my top choice of family restaurant, but it can get you out of a pinch, I guess....

I ate here with my family in November 2024. We have to wait a bit for the 4-seat table. Write your name down on a note at the entrance if there is a queue, and they will call your name when the table is ready. You can order from the tablet at the table and pay at the self-checkout machine. All dishes we ordered (spaghetti bolognese, hamburg steak, teppan steak dishes) were delicious and affordable.
