3度目の来訪。2024年3月。チョイスランチをいただきました。 酸梅温(さんめいたん)。梅と香辛料を炊いたジュースからスタート。梅の香りが芳醇で、香辛料もキツくないから飲みやすかったです。
次は、よだれ鶏、黄金ピータン。低温調理された鶏が生みたいにしっとりしてて美味しかったです。よだれ鶏のタレが絶品でした。ほどよい酸味が良かったです。黄金ピータンは初めて食べましたが、通常の黒色のピータンよりクセがなく食べやすかったです。
自家製生地の水餃子。よだれ鶏のタレでいただきます。
薬膳スープ。滋味深い味わいでした。
メインのバクテーは、甘辛いタレでいただきます。本当に柔らかく煮込まれていて、ゼラチン質の部分はトロトロです。甘辛いタレがピッタリです。
このクオリティで、このお値段は本当に素晴らしいと思います。
Third visit. March 2024. I had a choice lunch. Sanmeitan. Start with juice made with plums and spices. It had a rich plum scent and was easy to drink because the spices weren't too harsh.
Next up is drooling chicken and golden pepper. The chicken was cooked at a low temperature and was as moist and delicious as if it were raw. The drooling chicken sauce was exquisite. It had a nice sour taste. It was my first time eating golden peppers, and they were easier to eat than regular black peppers.
Boiled dumplings made with homemade dough. Served with drool chicken sauce.
Medicinal soup. It had a deep and nutritious taste.
The main bak kut teh is served with sweet and spicy sauce. It's really soft and stewed, and the gelatinous part is creamy. The sweet and spicy sauce is perfect.
I think this price is really great for this quality.

週末のランチ。 前菜、点心(水餃子)、薬膳スープ、メイン(酢豚を選択)、ドリンクで、2,000円。驚異的です。
前菜はよだれ鷄とかぼちゃ。辛味と酸味のバランスが良くって、鷄もしっとり。隠れてるナスも美味しかった。 そのよだれ鷄のタレで水餃子をいただきます。
棗や洋梨を使った薬膳スープ。甘みがあるんだけど、苦味もあってよく効きそう。
酢豚も黒酢が美味しかったです。豚肉はもちろん、長芋のサクサクした食感、さつまいもの甘さが合わさって美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。また伺います。
今度はディナーで伺いました。印象に残ったのは、スペシャリテの燻製したフォアグラの前菜。燻製の香りがしっかりとして、甘酸っぱいソースとマッチします。あとは白烏賊の強火炒め。甘辛いソースで、烏賊も柔らかく火入れされていておいしかったです。

The appetizer is drooling chicken and pumpkin. The balance of spiciness and sourness is good, and the chicken is moist. The hidden eggplant was also delicious. We will have boiled dumplings with the drooling chicken sauce.
Medicinal soup made with jujube and pear. It has a sweet taste, but it also has a bitter taste and seems to work well.
Sweet and sour pork was also delicious with black vinegar. The crispy texture of the Chinese yam and the sweetness of the sweet potato combined with the pork was delicious.
