Directions: Exit Ueno Station by Asakusa Exit. Turn left and walked towards traffic junction whose opposite is a relatively big Family Mart convenience store and cross. Walk straight about 10-15mins. ||Room: 1 X Double with Shower||Duration: 4 nights||Service : Good and friendly staff. Staff at the lobby able to converse in English. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Luggage storage avaliable for early checkin or checkout.||Value : Average. Booked via Agoda with some discount coupons. ||Wi-Fi: Free in room. Decent Wi-Fi signal.||Room : L9 room assigned. Lift available. Window view is normal-road/nearby buildings. Tight room for 2. Able to move in 2x Medium sized luggage but difficulty in opening them up due to tight room design and some furniture. TV had some local channels did not use extensively. Toilet/bathroom no issues. Shower in bathroom. Very strange design spacious compartment for toilet in front and beside open slot of the toilet bowl considering the already limited space for visitors to use in the bedroom. Heater worked ok. Electric Kettle looked dirty or old. A small Fridge was available. Aircon worked ok. ||Food: Did not consume any hotel food. There was a café on L1. ||Sleep Quality: Good. No serious disturbance.||Laundry/ Others: Staff advised no coin laundry. Was told the nearest laundry shop was about 10-15mins across the road (near McDonalds)-Did not visit. ||Cleanliness: Decent.
