【2404訪問】 塩 青とうがらし

平日14時頃で待ちなし。食券機を見ると限定メニューは無しのようです。前回美味しかった塩ラーメンと青とうがらしの組み合わせを購入。

5分弱で着丼。具材は大きな鶏団子3個/笹切り白ネギ/メンマ/海苔。青とうがらしは別皿です。スープをひと口。鶏の旨味バッチバチで若干貝系の風味も感じます。相変わらず塩分は強め。麺はツルサク食感の中細ストレート。大振りの鶏団子は玉ネギと軟骨が入っていて食感にメリハリがあり激旨。頃合いをみて青とうがらしを投入。爽やかな辛味がスープによく合います。本当に美味しい。次回は通常メニューで未食の辛味まぜそばですかね。ご馳走さまでした！！

This ramen restaurant is run by a chef trained in French cuisine.This time I ordered Shio Ramen. The shio ramen is very tasty with a rich chicken broth.I ordered chopped green chili peppers and added them to my ramen, which gave the soup a refreshing spicy flavor that was very nice.

先日塩ラーメンが品切れだったのでリベンジで訪問。平日14時で待ちなしでした。絶対に合うと思い青とうがらしを追加TP。

食券を渡し10分弱で着丼。具材は大きな鶏団子3個/白髪ネギ/メンマ/海苔。追加トッピングの青とうがらしは別皿での提供。量がなかなか多めです。まずはスープをひと口。旨味しっかりな鶏出汁にシャープな塩ダレが効いてます。塩ダレには貝出汁などを加えているそう。麺は細ストレートでムチサク。スープをよく引っ張ります。存在感抜群の鶏団子もとても旨い！続けて青唐を少し入れてみます。鶏スープに爽やかな辛味が加わって堪りません。意外と辛味が控えめだったので全部投入し完食。いや美味しかった。青とうがらしが大正解でした。自分を褒めてあげたい。いずれ限定ラーメンを食べてみたいと思います。ご馳走さまでした！！

【2303訪問】 背油醤油 太 麺大盛り

稲荷町駅からすぐのこちら。限定ラーメンが有名なフレンチ出身店主のお店です。平日14時過ぎで待ちなし。塩ラーメン目的で伺うも売り切れのため背油醤油にしました。塩ダレが切れてしまったそうです。ちなみにこの日の限定は「青のりとしじみ出汁のまぜそば 白子の揚げ物付き」でした。

5分程で着丼。具材は大判のレアチャーシュー2枚/もやし/メンマ/半味玉/海苔/刻みネギ。スープは鶏出汁メインのようで、背脂が浮いていますが見た目よりスッキリした飲み口。若干刻みにんにくも入っているぽいです。やや縮れた太麺はムチプリ食感。大盛りでもややボリュームは控えめな印象。上品な背脂チャッチャ系ラーメンといった感じで美味しかったです。次こそ塩を食べたいと思います。ご馳走さまでした！

【2104訪問】 同じ稲荷町に支那そば大和さんやさんじさんなど美味しいラーメン屋さんが多く未訪だったこちらにやっとこさ訪問。定期的に限定メニューを出されている意欲的なお店ですが、この日は限定メニューも無かったので基本メニューを注文。

いやはや凄いですね。相当ハイレベルな鶏清湯ラーメンです。加水率低めでパツパツ系の細麺と少し塩分強めでキレのある醤油スープが本当に美味しい。低温調理のレアチャーシューも適度な歯応えと柔らかさ。稲荷町が生活圏の方達が羨ましい。限定もぜひ食べてみたいお店です。

To order your food, you have to insert cash into a machine and receive a ticket. This wasn’t a problem as we have used it before in the past. However, we inserted ¥2000 for a ¥1300 bowl of wonton soup but didn’t receive a ticket. Before we could explain to the staff, the waitress took coins out of our hand and reinserted it into the machine. We weren’t able to count our change but overall we definitely paid more than ¥1300 for a bowl of wonton soup and it wasn’t even that good.

The wonton soup was way too salty and I was chewing on the meat for a good 2 minutes. Maybe it was our fault for ordering wonton instead of...

So we came to this place on recommendation from the front desk of Mimaru Ueno Inaricho where we were staying.

It's small and very welcoming. The chef came out when he realised we don't read Japanese and helped explain the menu.

We ordered different ramen dishes. I had the one with dumplings and that was really really nice. The dumplings had a good amount of ginger the way dumplings should be.
