Our stay in Monzennakacho (Keisei Richmond) became extra special thanks to this amazing ramen spot! The food were very oishii and affordable. The service was superb when we first tried it (02-07-2025). We were well accommodated by providing us utensils such as fork and spoon. Indeed, they went for the extra mile 10/10. However, the service wasn't that great the next night (03-07-2025) because it's a different set of people. Nonetheless, the quality of food remained outstanding until the last time! Overall, it's a must-try when you visit Monzennakacho!

安定の旨さ。昼呑みもできるよ。 I like it. Tasety and reasonable ramen shop for me, and really happy as they are expanding their teritory from Kawasaki area. I think only worth for me is new dan dan mian. Spicy and so strong garlic taste, but super yummy. Mid level of spicy one should be entry, but a bit spicy. If you do not like spicy one at all, then should order normal one. "Hikaeme" level is NOT spicy at all, for kids. Of course, you can drink the most of kind of alcohol biverages after drinking a lot. Would be back again, here.

2023.03.17 追記お店の方からとても丁寧な返信をいただきました。お店自体はとても好きなお店ですし、店員さんの頑張りも普段から伝わっているので、いまの忙しさが改善されて、引き続き良いお店であることを期待しています。評価も3から、通常感じている5に戻させていただきます。 (写真も、先のコメントの写真は削除し、いつもの写真に変更させていただきました。) 数少ない東京東側のニュータンタンメンとして頑張ってください！ --- 学生の頃から大好きで、東京の東側に出来てとても嬉しく通っています！週1以上で通うくらい好きで、外国の方も一生懸命接客してくれますし、従業員の方同士も仲良さそうな良いお店なのですが、人気になっているゆえか気になることがあるので投稿します。最近注文の間違いや作りが雑なことが増えていると感じます。(3回連続) いつも同じカスタマイズでメニューを頼んでいるので、違うと分かるのですが、前々回は卵ダブルで頼んだのに通常量(これは感覚なので、正確ではないです) 前回は半麺で頼んでいたところ通常量で作ってしまったようで、明らかに後から減らされている。そして今回は麺を茹でるときにほぐさなかったのか、塊のまま出てきました…。(写真参照) 卵の量が違うのは、追加を払っているのに詐欺ですし、後から麺を減らされたのは、その間に麺が伸びていて不快でした。麺の量については、フロアの方が「半麺って言ったのに！」と言っていて、男性の店長？みたいな方が小声で何か言った後、1-2分で出てきた(＋麺が上になっていた)ので、後から減らしたんだな〜と思いました。事情を伝えてくれれば、全量のままでもよかったですし、会話もまる聞こえだったので、不誠実だと感じます。今回は店内も混んでいて、デリバリーの注文も立て込んでおり「遅くなってすみませんー！」と店内の人みんなに大声で言ってたので、忙しいのは理解します。ただ、塊になった麺がラーメン屋さんで出てきたのは初めてだったので、とてもびっくりしました。生焼けの麺はお腹を壊すこともあるので、取り出して食べませんでした。(写真は出す過程で少しほぐれてますが、5本ほどが塊になっていました) この3回、厨房にいる方は同じ人だと認識しているので、改善を求めます。お店もラーメンも、その方自身もみなさん頑張られていると思いますし、人気店ゆえだと思いますが、忙しい時こそ「まあいいか」ではなく、消費者は分かると思って欲しいです。好きなお店なので、多少はと思っていましたが、3回連続でショックだったので書き込みました。また次回同じようなことがあったら、もう通わないと思います。
