Visited this restaurant for Lunar New Year and it was crowded. We also forgot that there is a state of emergency and went there almost an hr left before 8 pm . If you wanted to enjoy your time checking their menu then better go there early. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to confirm the time of their last order. I love the ambiance of this restau and for sure this restau will satisfy your cravings for Chinese foods and bbq.

Visited this restaurant for Lunar New Year and it was crowded.

本当にありえません。絶対に二度と行きません。2時間の食べ飲み放題で予約し、18:00に北京ダックを注文しましたが待てど暮らせど料理が来ず、何度も確認しましたが「今作っている」と言われ、結局出てきませんでした。

コース終了後、北京ダックが出てこなかったと伝えると、「コースの時間が終わったので、追加で料金がかかる」と言われました。詐欺にあったような気分でしたし、そもそも北京ダック以外の注文した料理も全然来ず、日本語も拙い店員達しかおらず不快極まりない店舗でした。

また、カラオケの個室を予約しましたが、カラオケのデンモクが中国語で「日本語に表示の切り替えができない」と言われました。日本にあるお店で日本人が予約したのに事前にそのことを伝えないという思いやりの心もない最低の行いに憤りを超えて呆れました。

日本人の方で不快な思いをしたくない方は絶対にご利用なさらないことをオススメいたします。お金と時間の無駄ですし、イライラするだけです。そもそも中国人向けの店舗、客層なので日本人の方は中国に旅行に行くくらいの気持ちでないと文化や教養の違いに驚...
