I had always wanted to try Liangpi (cold noodles 凉皮) until I came across this place by chance. I knew what this popular street food of China was supposed to be like, and the dish appeared well-prepared.

However, sadly it didn't particularly appeal to me per se - I'd prefer other types of noodles.

With that said, almost all of their customers were Chinese, which should be a good sign for...

It's quite authentic Xi'an food around the Ikebukuro area and I personally love the Biang Biang noodles there. If you are a spicy love like me, you will definitely fall in love with this shop right away. The sandwich is so great itself and you can make it into the next level by putting some chili oil inside 😋.

The sitting might be a little bit pack but the food itself is good enough to have...
