Big bowl of noodles with delicious spicy soup, xiaolongbao was hot and flavourful with a crispy bottom, lamb skewers were nicely cooked with a lot of cumin spice. Big portions and a great price.

お店のロボットが切った麺がもちもちで本当に美味しかった!スープ麺の出汁も、中国に留学した時の懐かしい味だった☺️多くの周りの方が中国人だったので、「これやっぱ本物だ!」と勝手に思った😅麺の辛さのレベルは3つあるが、要注意!日本人の感覚の辛さではなくて、おそらく中国人の感覚だと思う→中辛でもとても辛くてびっくりした!また、麺の種類は、ラーメンと刀削麺から選べる!
A delicious Chinese restaurant around a 4 minute walk away from Asagaya Station. Located in the retro shopping district, this restaurant serves a variety of amazing thick, knife-cut noodles and Xiao-long-Bao (soup dumplings. I was surprised by the number of items on their menu, and even more surprised to find out that the noodles were cut by a robot! The food is absolutely delicious. Not only are the noodles soft yet firm, but the soup base is authentic and spicy. You can choose from three levels of spiciness, but be cautious - it’s actually spicy, not like the regular Japanese standard, but by the Chinese standard. The food tasted very similar to the delicious dishes I had on my exchange in China, and to confirm - most of the customers around me were primarily Chinese.
