常来的一家店，今天点了4个菜，其中两个菜有卫生担忧。干煸四季豆里面有一根硬硬的毛发，凤爪里面吃出一个钢丝。真的是服了。

要求交涉，各种被搪塞，一会说经理不在店长在，一会说没有经理这个职务店长也不在。最后副厨出来道歉。说是不小心掉头发，因为厨师们嫌帽子热不带，钢丝是因为洗碗的钢丝球可能老化了留在了碗上面。如果不是大人，是孩子不小心吃进去了 或者卡喉咙了怎么办？这不仅仅是卫生的问题了。

A regular restaurant I often visit in this quarter, they served me four dishes today, but two of them raised hygiene concerns. There was a hard some kind of hair in the dry-fried green beans, and a steel wire was found in the other. I am really disappointed and frustrated.

But what if it had been a child who accidentally ingested it or got choked by it? This is not just a matter of hygiene but also safety.

The most basic hygiene standards were not met, the most basic hygiene measures were not implemented, and the most basic ability to handle customer complaints was not demonstrated.
