I had lunch at this place, and from the afternoon on, my stomach started hurting—it was so bad it lasted until five in the morning.Until the time I was writing this review. There are tons of five-star reviews for this restaurant and weird enough that these 5stat reviews do not even have a single written comment—just only one random, sloppy photos. Remember to check the bill before you pay!!! I found one extra dish had been added into the bill that we didn't order, when they realized I was checking the bill before payment, they said the bill was not correct and charged me the correct price. Authentic Taste in Koreatown, Akubo The soup is rich in flavor, and the noodles are cooked to perfection—not too hard, not too soggy. I also noticed that most of the customers were Chinese, which is a good sign that the food is truly authentic. A great spot to enjoy a satisfying bowl in Koreatown, Akubo, Japan.

ＪＲ大久保駅より徒歩２分、またはＪＲ新大久保駅より徒歩７分。大久保通りと小滝橋通りが交わる点です。ド派手なガチ中華、撒椒（サンショウ）のお隣さんと言えばいいでしょうか。平日の夜２０時に来店、店内は混んでいます。 ジャンルがいまいち分かりにくいですが、過橋米線の専門店、いわゆる中国式ライスヌードルのお店です。スタイルとしては日本のラーメンによく似ています。 お店はオープンしたばかりで、とても明るく綺麗です。雰囲気で言うと大戸屋みたいな配色でしょうか。 オーダーはおなじみのＱＲコード制。メニューは大きく分けて、牛肉を使用したものと羊肉を使用したものに分かれ、そこから更に味付けを選べるといった仕様です。 来店するといきなりキャベツのピクルスが出てきます。ピクルスの中国版をなんと呼んだら良いのか分かりませんが、お味はピクルスにそっくりです。 高菜牛肉ヌードルを注文。 さて、お味は…。スープは蘭州拉麺に似ています。ダシがとても良いですね。グイグイいけます。香辛料も効いてますが、自己主張し過ぎておらず、バランスが整っています。 具は質素ですが、またそれが良いです。牛肉、高菜、ニラ、パクチー。これで物足りない方はトッピングを足しましょう。 麺は一般的な米線のお店と同じく、ぷよぷよです。個人的にはもう少し固めにして欲しい。 お値段は若干高めの１３８０円。腹７分目。 店内は清潔で過ごしやすく、メニューも分かりやすいです。他の味付けも試してみたいですね。
