Authentic Taste in Koreatown, Akubo The soup is rich in flavor, and the noodles are cooked to perfection—not too hard, not too soggy. I also noticed that most of the customers were Chinese, which is a good sign that the food is truly authentic. A great spot to enjoy a satisfying bowl in Koreatown, Akubo, Japan.

ＪＲ大久保駅より徒歩２分、またはＪＲ新大久保駅より徒歩７分。大久保通りと小滝橋通りが交わる点です。ド派手なガチ中華、撒椒（サンショウ）のお隣さんと言えばいいでしょうか。平日の夜２０時に来店、店内は混んでいます。ジャンルがいまいち分かりにくいですが、過橋米線の専門店、いわゆる中国式ライスヌードルのお店です。スタイルとしては日本のラーメンによく似ています。お店はオープンしたばかりで、とても明るく綺麗です。雰囲気で言うと大戸屋みたいな配色でしょうか。オーダーはおなじみのＱＲコード制。メニューは大きく分けて、牛肉を使用したものと羊肉を使用したものに分かれ、そこから更に味付けを選べるといった仕様です。来店するといきなりキャベツのピクルスが出てきます。ピクルスの中国版をなんと呼んだら良いのか分かりませんが、お味はピクルスにそっくりです。高菜牛肉ヌードルを注文。さて、お味は…。スープは蘭州拉麺に似ています。ダシがとても良いですね。グイグイいけます。香辛料も効いてますが、自己主張し過ぎておらず、バランスが整っています。具は質素ですが、またそれが良いです。牛肉、高菜、ニラ、パクチー。これで物足りない方はトッピングを足しましょう。麺は一般的な米線のお店と同じく、ぷよぷよです。個人的にはもう少し固めにして欲しい。お値段は若干高めの１３８０円。腹７分目。店内は清潔で過ごしやすく、メニューも分かりやすいです。他の味付けも試してみたいですね。

最近開店の貴州牛・羊粉店。粉＝米粉です。ランチ来店。新しくきれいなお店で、スマホ注文対応です。この日本人が読めない店名ってのはどんなもんでしょうね。いまだに読み方がわかりません。口コミには中国の方による非常に高い評価と非常に低い評価があり、なにか恣意的なものを感じるので忖度ない評価を書きます。貴州は発酵食品と唐辛子が有名、また牛肉粉はほかにもあるのでここは羊でしょう、ということで辣羊雑粉（雑はモツ類）にトッピングで羊肉と揚げ卵を追加しました。貴州ということで激辛の可能性もあるので微辛にしたら大したことなかった。中辛でもいいのかな。スープはちゃんと羊のスープで美味しい。羊雑は中国でしか食べたことなく、そんなにしょっちゅう食べてないので評価は難しいですが、まずまず美味しかった。特筆すべきは羊肉。柔らかくてとてもおいしい。入れる麺の選択は「粗粉、細粉、面条」とありますが、これは「太目米粉、細目米粉、（小麦粉）麺」のことです。通常は粗粉でしょうか。出るのが遅くてすみません、とか、お水のお替り要りますか、とか中国人スタッフはとてもサービスよし。その他の店員さんはおそらくベトナムの方で、中国人とベトナム人が日本語でコミュニケーションしていてちょっと面白かった。若い在日華人たちで満席でした。
